As we said on the phone we have refunded the items not delivered and if you don’t see it come back into our account please contact us on stokedstrandhill@gmail.com . The new takeaway app has built in vouchers and unfortunately they are not our own so we are unable to process them. Hopefully we can figure this out when we start again. Very sorry about your first stoked experience but we do stand by the quality and quantity of the food we served and when you do get to use your voucher we will make sure you are looked after. More
