Just had a great steak dinner here at Stokehouse Grill! The service is friendly and the food is really good. Probably the best ribeye steak I've ever had for only $45 bucks. This place is very unpretentious and the decor is pretty dated and tacky. However the place is clean and everything we tasted was excellent. Fresh warm bread & butter. I ordered the ribeye plain, no potatoes and just some grilled asparagus on the side. Hubby got the ribeye with a garlic sauce, grilled Zinfandel onions and a potato pancake on the side. Both excellent! Mixed berry cobbler for dessert was also tasty. The chef is from Oaxaca and can cook! Highly recommend . Next visit I will try the Ciopinno which looked amazing.

It was good food, ok service, not worth the price. They will charge you five bucks if you ask for more bread. Not recommended when there's plenty of other options in Paso Robles.

Stokehouse Grill was a wonderful surprise. Friendly service and the food was outstanding. Terrific starter salads and superb entrees. The rack of lamb in guajillo sauce was tender, flavorful and thoroughly enjoyable. The rib-eye in a rich balsamic onion glaze was one of the best steaks I’ve ever tasted. Both entrees served with four-cheese potato pancake and veg. I look forward to dining here again on our next trip to Paso Robles.
