During our first two days in Palermo, we felt a bit disappointed as we didn’t really feel noticed as tourists. Then, by chance, my boyfriend and I stumbled upon this bar — and what a difference it made! Even though they didn’t speak English, they went out of their way to communicate with us. They were constantly smiling, making us laugh, offering quick service, and treating us with kindness and respect. They truly made our evening.
