Wow. What a great experience in Voss. This family owned hotel is definitely top-tier during my stay in norway. It's not a far walk from voss station. However, if you have luggage you can call the hotel and arrange a ride with them to pick you up or drop you off. I love the country side of this hotel. The room was spacious. My only complaint is the wifi, slower than usual, but I didnt care much because my experience has been wonderful. Upon check in to check out. I highly recommend dining at the restaurant. The food and the presentation was phenomenal. Im surprised no michelin star yet you can taste how fresh the ingredients are with every bit. The owner told me they butcher their own meat and cut which it does show. The vegetables are picked from their garden. The bacon, I kid you not the freshest bacon I ever had. I dine there thw two nights I stayed because I love how creative they are with the dishes. All the staff have been wonderful. I HIGHLY recommend this place whenever you stay in Voss. Its beautiful and has so much history!

Excellent hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was delicious, and the location is perfect, just a 5-minute drive from the city center. The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful. Every time we returned to our room, we were greeted with a lovely little surprise, which made our stay even more special. Highly recommended!

Wonderful hospitality in a relaxed setting. Nice fresh produce. Food was simple but good. Great cheesecake. Super value for money, especially here in Norway when restaurants are expensive. We were just here for a dinner but felt very well looked after.
