I have been a regular customer for the food, not the shisha. There was a mixup in my takeaway order and I realised after I had driven away and started eating the falafel wrap. I ordered a lamb shawarma wrap so when I told the staff about it and showed them, they made a fresh one for me, at no extra cost. It was a genuine order mix up and it happens but it is really good that they offered to fix it because some places will not do this. I have eaten at Storm maybe 4 or 5 times. The service is very good and the lamb shawarma is the best in this area. I have also tried the lemonade and it is freshly made & tastes very good. Would recommend the food here to everyone. There is a separate small seating area away from the shisha lounge so it is good for people who don’t smoke. Very happy with the staff. Storm is my top pick for shawarma. The flavourful, slow-cooked meat and fresh bread are amazing. The sides, like the humus and tahini, complement it perfectly. It's an authentic and delicious Middle Eastern experience you shouldn't miss. Best chef Rod!! Food: 5
