My friends and I visited Strand Réstocafé today, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. To start, my friend’s order was incorrect; she asked for a soft bread avocado chicken sandwich without pickles, but it arrived with hard bread and pickles. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, but the dough was raw and tasted like flour, so I asked them to fix it. They simply reheated it, which made the crust tough and even harder to eat. The pizza still tasted bad and lacked sauce. I also ordered a plate of wings, but they were half-cooked inside. After that, I asked them to take it back and didn’t want a replacement. Even a can of cola took 15 minutes to arrive! We wanted to speak to the owner, who was sitting nearby smoking shisha, but after waiting 10 minutes, he never came over. In the end, the waiter just told us that they’d removed the wings from the bill, and we left. Overall, the service was slow, and the food quality was poor. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on our experience. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
