Two of us showed up, with having made a reservation in advance, at 8:00 PM on a Saturday night. From what we could see, the place was completely empty of customers, except for a group of four. We asked to sit outside and the waitress gave us menus and answered our questions. She then disappeared for quite a while and another employee near our table made every effort to ignore us. We got up to be seated downstairs and there were groups of employees sitting together just staring at us as we walked into the main room. The place was still empty, so we decided to leave since we were being ignored. Since Stratos is in a Barrio, perhaps they didn't want us there, because we are white.

Bad service! Was a great place when we first went then they saw lots people were going and started charging parking! I was told by a waitress I could sit down on a table then was asked to move a few minutes later so someone else could sit down that was very rude ! Do not reccomend!!
