One of the worst customer experiences I've had. As a genuine Google Local Guide and contributor, I rarely leave negative reviews, but this one is well deserved. We were travelling back home from the North with our family and hungry kids, so we stopped here for a quick meal. We ordered burgers, a medium 12-inch pizza and a wrap, yet not a single dip or ketchup sachet was provided. When I politely asked, I was told that nothing is free and that everything is chargeable. I even requested the staff to take my feedback positively and suggested that they should at least include one garlic dip with a pizza or one ketchup sachet with a meal, especially when customers are paying around £10 for a single main dish. Having visited restaurants across the UK, from small towns to major cities, I have never come across such a response. The staff simply replied, "Here in Worksop, every restaurant charges for everything." What disappointed me even more was the owner's response, referring to my "sarcastic comment" and mentioning that I don't live in Worksop. Of course I don't live in Worksop—I was just passing through on my journey. I fail to understand what was sarcastic about politely giving customer feedback. Instead of understanding a genuine concern, the owner chose to make irrelevant comments. The food itself was fine, but customer service and attitude matter just as much. Sadly, the owner's response only reinforced my original impression. Terrible customer service and a very disappointing experience. This review is for anyone considering visiting—judge for yourselves. Price per person: £30–40

Hello, thank you for sharing your experience. However, we would like to clarify that the situation is not exactly as you described. Our restaurant's pricing policies and menu content are transparent. Paying a bill of £32, which is quite reasonable by today's standards, and then demanding an extra discount and reacting negatively to the sauce charges, which are within our business rules, is not a fair approach. We are saddened by your sarcastic comment that you "don't live in Worksop" and your characterization of our staff's professional explanation that "nothing is free" as "poor service." Like any business, we have a cost/fee policy to ensure we can provide quality ingredients and service. Our rules are the same for all our guests. We respect your choice and wish you a pleasant day.

Got a deliver, took 70 minutes but wasn’t too fussed about that. Burgers where the best bit, incredible & delicious. Fried where a bit hard and over done but flavour was nice, would be due to deliver. Bolognaise nachos weren’t great, basically just tasted like cheese, sauce didn’t have much flavour. My partner has the pizza burger and it was also good. Will certainly order from here again but will stick to the burgers. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
