You can always enjoy tasty coleslaw, carnitas and smoked brisket - a special offer of this bbq. Many visitors have noticed that the banana pudding is good. Strick's BBQ offers good beer among its drinks. A collection of great tea is recommended to guests.
This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. According to the reviewers' opinions, prices are reasonable. Since the decor is flawed, visitors don't really recommend this place. If you come to this spot, certainly, you are to like the surrounding nice atmosphere. Great road trip stop on our way to the beach! Will definitely save this as a rest stop for future travels. Quality BBQ with many desert options, and the restaurant was well kept! Brisket was dry, had no fat, little seasoning. It was either an extremely cheap cut or meat or they trimmed all of the fat off destroying the flavor. The bark was thin and had little to no flavor. I'm disappointed because I know Mississippi can do good bbq and this place is supposedly award winning and this is not that quality. The bbq Ribs could be better. To me there are kinda basic. I ordered the feast. All the meats were cold/warm. Nothing HOT One of the sides was expired/ sour ( cole slaw) we asked for the food to be recut. Remade. No one even apologized for it being cold. The changed the side. I give them credit for it. I would not come back here for sure. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
