No matter whether you order thru door dash or come in store, the order is always wrong. It's not a language barrier either, I say it in English & Spanish. The order is always wrong. The burritoes are so good, if u get em right I guess I will have 2 stand by & wait, physically watch, which I don't like doing- I feel it's rude. I've worked in food service 10+ years, so I didn't want to be "1 of those people." Been spending $20 or more at a time for food here in person, & way more when it's door dash. I don't have a vehicle, I use my mother's car 2 take child to school. Today, was the very very cold days where school started an hour later than the norm. So around 845 or so I came into Stripes. I wanted and specified the Guisada Big Burrito w nopales and wanted papas con juevos in it too, every burrito comes w refied beans and cheese too, & I didn'tget that either. Got only papas con juevos in it and the nopales in my burrito. I also ordered the 2 for $5 breakfast tacos: papas con juevos w bacon + asked for more/extra potatoes in the 2 tacos for my elderly mother who had doctors appointments at 11ish. I came home around 915ish and opened my burrito and to my sad, sad, sad stomach wasn't getting any meat, beans, or cheese w my eggs, potatoes and nopales, I didn't even think to check my mother's order. My poor mother took off for her errands prior to her doc appointments, and when she finally returned after 530p.m., she asked me wth was the tacos she got. . . It was just 2 strips of bacon and potatoes! No eggs! I called & called & called, the store, they never ever pick up. (Even in past trips, when there's errors w store via personal trip or doordash, I just wanted 2 call, so I can come in next day/a.m. 2have it written down, so I can come & pick up the correct items or a refund. My mother is one of those ppl who don't like her car out, in the evenings , so unfortunately unable 2 go bring the food in 4the store 2correct. I even called corporate & let them know that they never ever pick up phone, nor get the orders right whether you order in English/Spanish. Corporate couldn't refund me for food, bc they don't handle the food area they said. They gave me 5,000 points, which was ridiculous bc it's nearly a 1000 points to even get a soda from the station. No thank u, the sodas are always flat, doesn't taste like any syrup, due to low levels. Yes, I used to work in a gas sta., I know whats up. And, they don't have pizza at this location so I can't even get that! I guess I have to wait til school 2mrw 2 bring in tacos that are just taking up space in the fridge instead of an elderly ladies' stomach! Soda frm the beverage station is always always taste bad too, the bags must never be changed.

The team working this morning at the checkout was being rude they left the checkout and were pretending to be busy while all three had smiles on there faces making me wait action needs to be taken to these persons.
