We spent a weekend at this property and we can say with great pleasure that our experience was excellent. The view of the Dolomites is spectacular and I recommend getting a room with a view, because it's worth the ticket! TOP breakfast and dinner, super relaxing SPA; in short, a spectacular weekend. PS. the property also granted us an upgrade compared to the room booked, it was greatly appreciated and unexpected! Really super friendly. a very respectable structure. ZERO professionalism! My group of friends and I decided to spend the holidays in Trentino and as a structure we chose the Bio Hotel Hermitage among many. Requested a quote via email, the same structure promptly provided us with the detail, and although it was more expensive than the other structures, we chose the Hermitage for a logistical question. We proceed with the confirmation and after a few hours the structure replies by email sending us the confirmation. The beauty comes now, after a few days, we receive an email from Mrs Barbara Maffei, with which she informs us that there has been an error on the price, so if we had wanted to stay we would have had to pay a difference of € 400 per person ( for the whole week) This behavior is not acceptable even by the worst B&B, let alone by an accommodation facility so praised by the Maffei family itself. report it: Very bad experience Disorganization Zero attention to the customer Borious and not very humble owners Noteworthy details: Attention to the non-existent customer Rooms: 5 Service: 1 Location: 5
