Had the worst experience and when we tried complaining, we weren't even entertained. Not recommending at all. Chatni roll was tasteless, paratha was way thicker, chicken in chowmein was half cooked, glass were not cleaned and stained when the waiter was requested to change or washed He said it's washed and didnt bother replacing them at all. Wasted time and money. Price per person: Rs 1–1,000

I order from Studio7teas daily, but my experience has been disappointing lately. One time, I found a piece of plastic in my food and even sent them a picture, but I never received any apology or response. Last night, I ordered chicken chili dry with garlic rice, and the garlic was completely burned, which was a waste of money. The food quality is not consistent, and their customer support needs serious improvement. I hope they take these issues seriously and work on better service for their customers. Everything was so food, staff is behavior is very nice. Food quality is 10/10 and everything served hot. We are 100% satisfied with the food quality, quantity, prices and most importantly staff behavior of Miss Riffat (Manager), Miss Alia (Manager) and Rizwan Bhai (He treat us very nicely everything) We recommend Studio 7teas to everyone 100%.
