Su e Giu was so good that we ended up coming back for dinner a second time during our trip to Rome! It was just a few blocks from our Airbnb in Prati, and after our first meal we knew we had to return. Everything we tried was incredible. The gnocchi was light, delicious, and melted in your mouth. The carbonara, cacio e pepe, and gricia were all perfectly prepared and full of flavor. We also loved the mussels - they were fresh, flavorful, and the perfect starter to share. The staff made us feel so welcome each time we visited. The service was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and authentic. If you're staying in Prati or even just looking for a fantastic Roman dinner, I can't recommend Su e Giu enough. It's the kind of neighborhood restaurant you hope to stumble upon while traveling, and one we'll definitely return to the next time we're in Rome. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
