Amazing local food in a really cool cave like restaurant! we tried alpaca and guinea pig and many other dishes. This place is definitely worth a visit if you are in town and the desserts are delicious. they make fabulous smoothies and Marcelo Who served us was really nice and spoke great English. Fabulous restaurant to visit if you’re in town.

We had the best meal of our visit to Cusco at Ethnika Restaurant. We had the trout with passion fruit, the lomo saltado, and the roasted alpaca with blackberries and quinoa. Each meal was creatively presented and absolutely delicious. I would definitely return. The owner was delightful and shared many details about the meal. Highly recommend and the price was very reasonable.
