As I parked my car, server seen me about to approach the window to order, window was shut. I stood at the window thinking they would open to take my order, for 5 minutes, still didn't open window, I then rang the bell and no one responding to me. So I left. Customer service sucks here!!

The service was excellent, a young boy treated us like a professional, the food had Puerto Rican flavor to match. That octopus salad is very delicious. My wife and I were delighted and of course I recommend it and plan to return.
