I will say the flavor was good. I had ordered 3 subs and 3 fries. The subs were ready before the fries. It took probably more than 15 min for me to get the fries and get out. By the time I got home the fries were cold. And the subs were basically broken apart since it had vinegar in it. The fries were ready and sitting for about 5 min before I said anything. Another customer had arrived and they started to service them while i was waiting. I didn't want to seem rude but I had been waiting for a long time do I said something. They did apologize. Next time please do not have subs ready before the fries. If we put ingredients that will make the bread soggy by the time we get home and you have us waiting it will no longer be an enjoyable sub it will be a mushy sandwich. I spent over 50$ and definitely was not an enjoyable dinner! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

The food does taste good, but they advertise 6 inch and 12 inch subs. I got a cheese steak and a bacon burger subs. Both are only 10 inch. Price is kind of high for 10 inch sub that has a 12 inch price. Tighten up and fix your sign to reflect what you're actually selling. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Awful, these people don't have a speck of clue of what it is to make Heros/Subs, I was looking at the Subs they were making, especially the steak one and it looked bad, the meat had an ugly color to it, I then ordered a burger sub and the meat was not seasoned right, the bell peppers were cut in squares and not cooked right, peppers need to be cut long, overall being from NYC, Sub Quality Grill don't know how to make Subs. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot
