I was so very excited to have my turkey and cheese sub tonight guys. My ONE meal today. Was so pleased with the ease of order placement and drive-thru pick-up and that I could make it home with one less unload and reload of children. Get home and guess what, both sandwiches were incorrect. Called to explain what happened and his response was "Sorry ma'am busy day". We gave him the chance to make it right on a future order and he simply did not care. My next Sub Station visits will be to the Mauldin location.

I hate to even leave a star! I normally love Sub Station but I called 3 times tonight and never got an answer. The last time I called a woman answered and I said I would like to place an order for pick up. She said I’ve answered this phone 3 times from this number. I said no you didn’t answer and she kept arguing so I said that’s ok goodbye! I went to Blimpies and it was great as usual! No wonder there were no customers in the parking lot! Terrible customer service!
