Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a Chicken Fajita sub from Sub Stop on 14 November 2025 through their website. When I opened the sub, it had a hair strand inside, which is completely unacceptable. I called to report the issue, but instead of apologizing, the staff responded rudely and insisted that such a thing “cannot happen.” After a long argument they said they would send a replacement, but then they stopped answering my calls entirely. No refund, no replacement, no basic courtesy. This is not only poor customer service but also a serious hygiene concern. I expected a professional response, but the way the situation was handled was extremely unprofessional. Definitely not ordering from here again unless they improve their food safety standards and customer service. No use of spending 20 minutes making a customised order for 10 separate sandwiches when you’re going to deliver all unlabelled and cold. Took us longer to guess which sandwich is who’s than it did ordering. Food: 3 Service: 1

Ordered for 2k on website, at 11.30am . At 12.45, contacted to their whatsapp number & I Asked "Bhai 12.45 Hogaiy, Order nhi aya aur na koi call ayi . Deliver kar rahe han ya nahi ." SubStop Replied. "2baje ke baad hoga process" . Simply, ignored the order, ignored the customer, not bothered about even letting us know that they even cancelled the order . Even a Bunkabab Shop show more responsible Business Practicess then this . Stay Away people "They are weired" When they are nothing , what would happened if they actually become a brand. They are in my ignore list from now on . Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
