Not great…. the food was all bland. My cacio e pepe was under seasoned, as well as under salted. the crostini’s were frankly way too herbaceous and overwhelming with random flavors. Cocktails were quite strong, but also VERY sweet. When we sent them back, our server asked if she could replace them. We ordered two glasses of wine to replace our two cocktails we barely touched and didn’t like. Neither the wine nor the cocktails were taken off the bill. Just feels like poor customer service. Our server was kind and amiable to us, but on the way out we caught her being rude to another server! The bread service was good. That’s all. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60

My husband and I went here to celebrate our 15 year wedding anniversary and the service was awful. After having a great experience last year we were looking forward to this dinner forever! But first we were sat in the exterior part, by the big windows. When we asked if we could move to a table inside the staff was willing to move us. After that we sat for 30 full minutes completely ignored. Our server never came to our table. We were seated in the back corner by the wall with the mural, and we watched her go to every other table around us, never once making eye contact or even offering a “Hi! I’ll be right with you.” We eventually just left. I’ve never been so disappointed. We dressed up, got a sitter for our 3 kids, and wanted to celebrate a major milestone. But Subito ruined the big night for us. Service: 1

Truly my happy place in Cincinnati. Food is good. Ambience is wonderful. So peaceful looking outside as you eat breakfast. While this is my favorite hotel in Ohio, Subito is just the exclamation point to what is already a phenomenal hotel. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Breakfast
