Visiting an ice cream shop should be a joyful experience, yet my recent visit to Sublime shop was quite the opposite. The service was disinterested and unwilling to assist. After a long wait, I received subpar ice cream. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that prompted me to seek out a better place for ice cream purchases. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
