I had a very disappointing experience due to poor customer service. While I was placing my order, the man behind the counter, wearing his hat backwards, repeatedly interrupted me and spoke rudely. He asked for confirmation multiple times (more than twice) in an unnecessary way, which felt dismissive rather than helpful. On top of that, my specific request was not acknowledged at all. Good food isn’t enough when the service makes customers feel uncomfortable or unheard. I won’t be returning unless there’s a clear improvement in how customers are treated.
