High among the foothills of Northern Kyoto, in your travels you may stumble upon the mythical Suburb Cafe. Upon entering you will be taken back to a more innocent time. A time where Jazz ruled the world and where music was remembered through vinyl. A time where it takes time to make coffee. No customers on their cell phones demanding their lattes "now!" This is a place you happily wait 20 minutes for your coffee to arrive, and you cherish every minute of it.
