Fantastic food. Abysmal service. When I asked the server why there was only one piece of cheese on my sandwich, she responded angrily and said “there’s two stuck together”.. in fairness, when she was putting it on the bread, she looked like she was angry at the cheese and threw it onto the bread. Food was (as always) very tasty but the customer service was far from what I would class as ‘reasonable’. I understand people have a bad day but if you’re working with the public, surely it’s advisable not to show your emotions when dealing with paying customers. I won’t mention the server’s name but she should perhaps consider a job away from the public eye. The food was great, and it was tasty. The only thing that I am concerned about is how your staff treats the customer (which says in her name badge PRUDENCE), few minuted ago we ordered food and my husband ask for an extra cheese, however the lady that was serving us gave an attitude and giving us the look of ungreatful staff. The company should fix this issue, because you will loose customers because of a staff who is unpleasant to serve a customer.
