At this fast food, guests may order good rolls, teriyaki chicken and bacon. You will be served tasty biscuits. At Subway, you can order dishes as a takeout. The professional service is always a pleasure. But this place is not highly estimated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

I saw a man drop his food because of how poorly the Subway was packed. A lady who had just finished her shift saw what happened and told the two Indian girls working there to make him another one. Instead of helping, they said it wasn’t their fault and told him to just put it in another bag. It was clearly a mistake on their part, and rather than showing good customer service and resolving the issue, they spoke in their own language in front of him, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Please train your staff on how to properly deal with customers. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’m sorry, but the professionalism of the two women who run the shop at the end of the day really needs to be improved. I don’t speak English well, and these two people didn’t help me at all. They offered nothing and almost sighed when I asked a question. I understand that some days are not easy, but there are limits The behaviour and attitude towards the CUSTOMER has completely changed! Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This afternoon's my daughter got a 6 inch subway with extra mayo , my daughter came back to the car and told me that she was charged for extra mayo. When I walked back into the store. There were three Indian ladies there all miserable and they said that my daughter had had half the bottle of mayo that's why they had charged her for extra mayo , there's no extra charge for mayo and it's impossible to have used half a bottle on a subway. As a business owner myself I wouldn't have staff like that working for my company ... they were rude and argumentative I would avoid going to this subway worst service I have ever come across Price per person: A$20–40 Service: 1
