I have been a regular customer of Subway for more than 25 years and I have never experienced such friendly and delicious sandwiches like I did today, the service was extraordinary and especially Mr. Waleed who really made the sandwiches with passion. We have a subway restaurant near where we live but it cannot be compared to the one in Citymall . Price per person: JOD 5–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I am a regular at the city mall branch, today (15/426) 2026 inbetween 7-7:30 there were two employees a male and female. The male is a favorite of mine very professional and curtious the female was new I believe or at least it was the first time I saw her, unfortunatley I have to say her service was not great, barely made our sandwhiches correctly even though we added three different sauces it was atill dry and just all around not there best sandwhiches! Barely even looked us in the eye, pretty much was off putting the entire time! A simple smile is a part of customer service, if I am not mistaken! Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Dine in Price per person: JOD 5–10

I ordered delivery not even ten minutes ago. This was my first time ordering from them but it will also be my last as half of my items were missing plus. They did not get my order correct giving me beef instead of turkey. (Image was sent to talabat for review) Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
