Bad Experience – Unprofessional Behaviour I usually enjoy eating at Subway when I’m hungry, but my experience at this branch was very disappointing. Location: Subway Auckland – 192 Universal Drive, Henderson, Auckland 0610 Date: 13/01/2026 Time: Around 2:00 PM After placing and completing my order, I noticed one of the Subway staff members sitting with his leg up on a chair while on duty. This behaviour felt unhygienic and very unprofessional, especially in a food service environment. As a regular Subway customer, I expect basic professionalism and proper workplace conduct. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. I have also attached a photo of the staff member for reference. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better staff training and discipline in the future. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a veggie footlong from Subway Universal Drive, Henderson (Lincoln North Shopping Centre) and honestly had a very disappointing experience. I’ve visited many Subway stores across West Auckland and South Auckland, and this one was by far the worst. They put very little vegetables and sauces compared to other branches. The sub felt dry, poorly made, and the taste was just not good at all. For the price, I expected the usual Subway quality, but it didn’t come close. I wouldn’t recommend this outlet, and I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1

I always come to this subway and their bread is like not even fulled up like you close at 9pm and you’ve got no bread. Customer service is very slow and they need to up their game
