I had a terrible experience at this Subway during my lunch break today. I only had 38 minutes and was third in line. I ordered two different sandwiches—one for me and one for my co-worker but the employee taking my order was very difficult to understand. I am bilingual and can usually understand broken English, but I repeatedly had to ask her to repeat herself. She seemed annoyed, stopped listening to my instructions, ignored me and made the sandwich incorrectly. When another employee started adding vegetables, I told him it wasn’t what I had ordered. He looked confused, checked with her, and even asked me again if I was sure it was wrong again?..I told him I had repeated my order to her several times to her but she ignored me. She looked mad at him and told him to charge me first that she would redo- it. I waited near her while she helped 8-9 other new customers before acknowledging me again. Her employee had to remind her again about my food. And she responded to her in another language as I stood there so I wouldn’t understand. You could tell both employees and customers seemed uncomfortable at her behavior. After a long wait, she finally asked, “Okay, what did you want?” There was literally no reason for her act that way with me.. never once said anything rude. Mind you I am currently 8 months pregnant and was almost in tears from how I was treated. I ended up being late back to work. I have never felt humiliated like this. I’ve been to this location many times, and I believe she may be a manager. Bad day or not, treating customers with disrespect is unacceptable. I will never return to this location, do not recommend it.! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
