I wanted to take a moment to recognize Alexis, the manager at this Subway. She consistently provides some of the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere. In fact, I go out of my way to visit this specific location because of how welcoming, professional, and friendly she is every time I come in. Alexis always greets customers with a positive attitude, keeps the restaurant running smoothly, and makes sure orders are prepared correctly. You can tell she genuinely cares about both her customers and her team. Her leadership creates a great atmosphere, and it makes a huge difference in the overall experience. It’s rare to find someone who is so consistently kind, attentive, and dedicated. Employees like Alexis are the reason customers keep coming back. Came in mid day on a Thursday, two bilingual gentlemen helped me and my family out today and they were attentive, showed exceptional customer service and made my lunch visit a pleasant experience. Sold me on the Moana meal with my baby, would come back just for the service of these two gentlemen. I also witnessed their service to other customers which was just as bright and attentive. Alexis is always very nice and professional and does it with a smile! Met Ali today and he also is very professional and courteous. Keep up the great service.
