This is definitely not fast food. I’m sorry for sounding emotional, but the waiting time was honestly frustrating. I came in expecting a quick meal because I was in a rush, but it ended up taking a very long time before I got my food. What made it more disappointing was seeing that there was only one staff member handling everything during my visit. I genuinely feel for the staff because they seemed overwhelmed, but as a customer, the experience was far from ideal. The food was alright, but the excessively long waiting time really affected the overall experience. I hope management can look into staffing and operations, especially during peak hours, because customers who choose Subway are often looking for a quick and convenient meal.
