I don’t know how this place got 5star hygiene rating. I saw one of girls cleaning the table with no gloves on used cleaning spray to clean the table at the same time she started serving food. handling with packing the food touching straw without any gloves on. Its a small thing like this make you feel uncomfortable and stops you for going there again Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Tables were not clean, signs on cookie board are upside down. Former staff member Maisie and whoever she was on shift were slating Santos’s the franchise owner saying “he needs to grow up and can’t afford to give staff their hours”. Think this is disrespectful and not pleasing for customers to listen to when they come in to the store. Service: 1

Awful set up. Can no longer see the food as its all hidden behind screens. The screens are clunky and takes way longer to order than speaking to a worker. Then you cant see them make the food anymore either so you have to check the food to make sure its correct. The whole point of subway was to see the 'fresh' food and watch them make it. It now takes far longer to get the food too as they spend more time making the deliveroo orders. Waiting 15 minutes for 1 sandwich. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
