Ordered from here for delivery. Checked after the delivery time and the app said the driver had waited at the door for seven minutes and left - this is rubbish, I was basically in a big conservatory so I'd have noticed someone hanging around! The app had a photo the delivery driver claimed to be them attempting to deliver - it was clearly the forecourt of the garage where the Subway branch is. I then tried calling multiple times to see if I could at least have picked up the food that had allegedly been returned, but it just rang out then got cut off. Very angry that I have probably lost £27 and the friends I was treating went without lunch as they had to get back to work. I've been a customer for a long time but not any more. Service: 1
