Brilliant customer service from a lovely lady named Natalie. She was ever so polite and friendly, and I didn't feel rushed at all. The sandwich was great. I will be returning. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Always get served by the same woman, she’s always on her own and usually battling with both delivery orders and walk-ins at the same time. She deserves five stars just on her own Never had any problems with the food either. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered at 6 pm ordered fine payed for premium delivery my uber eats app said that my driver was ready just waiting for subway to finish up kept switching my driver I assume the drivers where sick of waiting on them and kept cancelling and at 7 pm they decided to cancel the order and when I called they answered and put the phone down straight away awful service 100% the shops fault and not uber eats will not get my money back and had to re order from a different shop miles away it is now 8pm and my order from a different location is only just on it way ridiculous would not recommend at all save your money my children are staving Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
