I've not had a Subway in years and the service was really nice. Rather nostaligic. I missed his name but just a service with a smile and was happy to talk about the new bread. The digital ordering was missing all the naming attributes but as a techy it was a nice "feature" Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit. I ordered two sandwiches and both of them were completely ice cold. I mentioned it to the staff, but they did absolutely nothing to fix it. On top of that, they were extremely unfriendly and didn’t seem to care at all about the issue. Really poor service and not the experience I expect from Subway. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
