The workers always have their earphones in taking phone calls while serving customers. It’s very annoying when I’m trying to tell you what I would like and you’re literally laughing out loud and speaking to somebody else. I ordered 2 of the same sandwiches and when they came out of the oven I asked for mayo on one and honey mustard on the other. The lady puts mayo on both because she’s so distracted by her phone call. She then made me wait while she goes to the back room to charge her earphones. They seem like nice people but this customer service is just terrible. You shouldn’t be talking on the phone while serving customers. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a 6’ pepperoni sub with lettuce, cheese and tomatoes. The bread was very stale and old. They only put 3 slices of pepperoni. I recommend going to the subway downtown. I noticed that they gave a large portion of meat to the women ahead of me. The best thing was the clean environment, drink and chips. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
