The drive thru system is awful. When I was saying my order, I was asking for the vegetables ingredients and the lady rudely said that I have to make all the orders first and then ask for the vegetables that I want in each one of them, uhm okay? Then when I got to the window, I was asked like 3 times what my order was. Then when I paid and got my order, I reminded the cashier that there are things missing in my order, and he BLAMED ME for not reminding him earlier like!?!?! I repeated the order 3 times already. Then I asked him if they write the order to avoid these situations and he said that they don't. Who takes my order is the person making the samdwiches and that he doesn't know what the clients orders are until he gets them and the sandwich maker tells him what the clients' order is. HUH!?!?! That's a big mess waiting to happen. Subway needs to fix that system and let the cashier also listen to the order so that they can write it down and avoid these situations.
