Perfectly cooked Italian b. M. T., turkey and chicken can make a deep impression on you. A number of visitors have noticed that the staff is gracious here. The professional service is a great plus of this fast food. Enjoy the nice atmosphere here. But many guests who use Google didn't give Subway a high rating.

Went to get 2 footlongs at 630pm tonight. I was told that they were out of lettuce and cucumbers. REALLY !!!!!???? No wonder sales are down. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Once again I got fooled into thinking this location was getting better. Ordered two subs online, almost immediately they started calling me stating that one of my subs could not be made and if I wanted a refund. I explained that I would just switch out for a different sub. Was told on the phone that would be ok, when I got to the store was told I couldn't switch because I used the BOGO50 code on the app. I offered to get a sub that cost less than my original order so the food cost would be in their favor. Still told that it couldn't happen, at this time I asked for a refund. Instead of a refund they called someone and explained what was going on, after the phone call they suddenly could make my original order. The entire time mumbling about my order and about how busy they had been. My order included a tip that was prepaid on the app but this experience will ensure I will never pre tip again. All this began over a sub that included meatballs, was told they were out of meatballs currently. The truth was they did not have any prepared. In the time that it took for all the phone calls and the back and forth over changing my order they could have made the meatballs, instead the two ladies working wasted time and made excuses as to why I couldn't change my order and called I guess a manager to only be told over the phone to make the sub that was ordered. This Subway location needs improvement, better customer service and more training for their staff. A simple request when told they could not complete and order should not have turned into a 10 plus minute exchange. I guess maybe will have to start looking at Jersey Mike's since Subway can't seem to get it right.
