You get text and emails and you can go to Subway's web site and it will say $6.99 foot long but they won't honor at this store. It is sad Subway has franchises. Because the franchise that has the Clear Lake and Mason City stores loves the Subway name but doesn't want to offer what every other Subway offers a sub at 6.99 no they want tou to pay 13.99. Service: 1 Order type: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Workers can't even look you in the eyes and ask you what you wanted on your sandwich. Then we proceeded to the checkout and the gentleman that was at the register was really rude to my mother who has a hard time hearing. I will never go back there. Extremely bad atmosphere.
