Staff charged me for my sister's sandwich as well as mine without asking because they just assumed that we didn't want to pay separately, even though I pointed at my own sandwich and said "just that". This made a mess of redeeming rewards in the app as only one reward can be redeemed at a time. When we pointed out their mistake they refused to rectify it, saying that we can "just redeem the rewards next time".

Personel don’t let me buy two six inch and pay with my points. Never before had problem like that . I regural use Subway and never had issues very disappointing Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
