showed them my receipt for my order it didn’t print on there side and they wouldn’t make my sandwich till i paid again even with a receipt! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Mobile order. I go in and the mobile order rack is empty so I get in the line behind 2 people. Seems other employee(s) are on their break as only 1 person was working the line (at lunch rush hour). Had no sense of urgency, taking his time. I waited about 10 minutes to pick up my order Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
