There was this kid who was sweet, and did his job well so I hate to leave this review, but...the old man was awful. I got a footlog pretzel and my kid got a sandwich meal. The pretzel comes with cheese, I asked for extra. He said no. I said I'll pay extra and he said no. Then he said subway is so cheap they only allow one per customer. He then said he'd fill the one tiny cup full, it's like half full. We left and my kid realized they forgot to grab the chips so they ran back in and the old man started yelling at my kid. Now scared, my kid grabbed some chips and ran out. The dude hates his job, hates the customers, and was mean to boot. Poor form subway, poor form Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
