I hate leaving negative reviews, but after experiencing the same behavior multiple times, I feel it’s necessary. Every time my family and I visit this Subway, the employee named Barb has a rude, unwelcoming attitude. She frequently gives dirty looks, makes customers feel uncomfortable, and acts as though serving people is a burden. What crossed the line for me was hearing her tell my husband that he would “never get to where he wanted to be.” That comment was completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and unnecessary. No customer should be spoken to that way. Everyone can have an off day, but this has happened consistently every few weeks when we’ve visited. I hope management addresses this because the customer service has made us not want to return. If I could give it zero stars I would. Especially after reading I’m not the only one who has had issues with barb. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
