That's a good idea to order perfectly cooked salads, chicken and beef. This restaurant is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. As a lot of reviewers remark, the atmosphere is calm. 4.1 is what Subway received from the Google rating system.

Worst Experience Ever – Extremely Rude Staff (Rosel) at Al Andalus Petrol Station Subway. I had the absolute worst experience of my life at the Subway branch in Al Andalus Petrol Station today. A female staff member named Rosel was incredibly rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. The moment we walked in, she aggressively demanded what we wanted. It was clear she had zero interest in attending to or serving customers. When we politely stated our preferences, she literally started shouting at us. When we questioned her unacceptable tone, she simply walked away rudely and started attending to another customer, leaving us ignored. Looking at other reviews, it seems this is a pattern and her rude behavior with customers is a regular issue. I will NEVER recommend this branch to anyone. Subway Al Andalus management needs to take strict and immediate action against her. Absolute zero stars for customer service.
