STAFF is NOT GOOD I have been as customer of Subway since 20+years in Qatar. I ordered 4 footlong sandwiches on 30 May 2026 around 9:30 pm. and for the convenance of the staff and our taste too we kept all options same. We preferred Dine in as there were no other customers. While having the food we requested the staff to cut one half portion to further quarters as my kids could not complete a half portion. THE STAFF WAS RUDE to say that it's not their policy. I felt like I stepped into the white house of US. She could not cut the sandwich nor share the knife. The Sauce she applied in the sandwich was also very less which gave a DRY feel. If there is a hygiene issue in sharing the knife, the management should consider having disposable cutleries in place. I have felt a similar attitude from another staff of Subway. I doubt if it's the way Subway train them or it's the Nationality issue. If I were a Qatari or westerner or at least a Pilipino, she wud not have interacted like that. Anyways STAFF WAS bloody RUDE. I HATE THEIR ATTITUDE. I Paid what they asked for, but they didn't show any hospitality. SHAME ON YOU SUBWAY to maintain such low-profile staff and to have the so called "POLICY". You may stick your policy on the door so that next time a customer will not ask for a help even by mistake. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Dine in Price per person: QAR 100–150 Vegetarian options: its okay and its your wish. But that day the staff said that she is running out of pickles and i said its fine. Dietary restrictions: no comments Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot Parking: Woqod Fuel Station, Hilal Area Kid-friendliness: Nothing to mention. Even 10 pcs of Potato wedges were charged 10 Qrs. Not fair. Wheelchair accessibility: No comments
