Hi everyone, i just wanted to say this to anyone that wanted to order from here, i ordered a 6 inch meal deal and cheesy garlic bread footlong, and a coke zero and a doritos grabbag, my food was freezing cold like the delivery was cold when arrived, he mustve been doing other deliveries before coming, it was like i took it out the fridge. i contacted subway and got put onto a manager after a woman couldn’t speak a word of english and couldn’t understand me, the manager wasn’t far off. he had trouble “hearing” me, he kept saying ring uber multiple times, after complaining and telling him the same thing over and over. he kept saying he couldn’t hear me when i complained but could hear me when i was asking for help. Im very extremely annoyed that my food arrived cold, they didn’t do anything for me and couldn’t understand and hung up on me, im not leaving this like the way it ended, i wouldn’t recommend this subway location to anybody. Time wasters! Posted as closing at 21:00, arrived 20:34 and told by staff that is closed. When I asked, are you not closing at 21:00? I was told I am leaving at 9pm, my manager is not paying me after 9pm. What a joke!

Visited this Subway in Rathmines and ordered a tuna mayo with egg, and I had a really nice experience overall. Food: The sandwich was freshly made and well put together. The tuna mayo was generous and creamy, the egg added extra richness, and the vegetables (lettuce, peppers, etc.) were fresh and crisp. I went for wholemeal bread, which was soft and held everything together nicely without falling apart. It was filling, comforting, and exactly what I was in the mood for. Staff & Service: The staff were very kind, friendly, and patient, which honestly made the visit even better. They took care preparing the sandwich and were pleasant throughout — the sort of service that makes you feel welcome rather than rushed. Atmosphere & Cleanliness: The place felt warm and comfortable, especially on a cool day. The shop was clean and tidy, with a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to sit and enjoy the food rather than grabbing it and leaving immediately. Location: Great central location in Rathmines, easy to pop into while out and about, and very convenient overall. Overall: A genuinely good experience — fresh food, kind staff, and a warm, welcoming environment.
