I arrived at 8:45 AM and was told the store was closed, despite clearly seeing staff at the counter. It is frustrating to be turned away when the business appears to be operational. It clearly says store closes at 9pm on their door Service: 1

Food was fine. It's subway. The one star is because the cashier pressed the tip button and spun the card reader around for us to pay. They essentially tipped themselves. Which in all essence is technically theft. When my wife asked, the guy said "which button did you press?" Lol. She told him to just keep the $1.50. Tipping is a racket for places like this (I'll die on that hill), but this really takes the cake. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
