Very disappointing experience at Subway. I ordered a Veggie Delight, but when I received my sandwich, it appeared that chicken/meat had been added to it. I specifically ordered a vegetarian sandwich, so this is completely unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was the staff’s attitude. When I tried to explain the issue, they were not willing to listen or even properly look into the problem. There was no proper apology or effort to resolve the situation. Customers should be able to trust that their order is prepared correctly, especially when they specifically request a vegetarian item. I expected much better from Subway. Very poor service and a very disappointing experience. Order type: Takeaway
