Wonderful Customer Service – Subway Gatton 24 August 2026 A huge thank you to the two lovely girls working at Subway Gatton tonight. I arrived at around 8:57 pm, just three minutes before closing. They politely mentioned that they were closing in three minutes. I explained that I couldn’t find anywhere else nearby to get some food at that time. Even though they were clearly tired after a long day at work, they still kindly agreed to make my sandwiches and did so wholeheartedly, with a friendly and welcoming attitude. They never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing them, even though I had arrived right before closing. I really appreciated their kindness, patience and excellent customer service. It’s these small acts of kindness that leave a lasting impression. Thank you both for going the extra mile at the end of a long shift. Your kindness was genuinely appreciated. Excellent service and a great reflection of the team at Subway Gatton. Highly recommended! Service: 5
