I always have a great experience at this Subway! The fresh veggies and variety of bread options make each sandwich customizable and delicious. Plus, the staff is super friendly and always ready to make recommendations.

This is almost the only hot food supplier at Hartford Union Station, attracting many customers during stops. It's best to pre-order via the app. 6" Meatball Sandwich: Italian meatball sandwich is a popular Subway item in the US, but I was a bit disappointed. The meat quality was terrible, almost entirely starch. It's not even as good as China’s hot pot meatballs. And there was too much cheese, making it greasy. Plus, this sandwich was incredibly hot, with noticeably burnt edges, making it hard not to suspect it was over-toasted. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
