The girl working today is extremely rude. Her station was a mess and she was non-communicative to my husband and I. Didn’t listen when kind of bread or size I wanted so she ended up throwing away half a loaf. Knife drenched my sandwich with water. Today is the meal deal day and she argued with me without offering it. She seemed nothing but inconvenienced by working here. Terrible attitude. Completely unprofessional. Did not even dine-in because of this individual. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered for curbside, when i arrived i waited 15 minutes, after waiting so long i called to see why my food hadn't been brought out yet, as soon as i called, before they even picked up a man brought my food out, he wasn't very nice, no hello, no conformation that it was my order, just handed me my order and went back inside, it was very rude. I understand they can get busy but that should be no excuse to be rude. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I mean it’s subway, they may have made a mistake on an order one time but they made it right fast. And honestly, the foods and using the app has always been great. So much better than it may have been years ago. And this one is in Helotes, perfectly placed near the Helotes Hill Country making it super convenient to get my subway fix when I’m craving it. Kudos Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
