I visited this Subway just before closing time, and I had such a great experience thanks to Tanya. Even though the shop was about to close and everything had already been cleaned, she kindly prepared my order without any hesitation. She was polite, professional, and very welcoming. It’s not easy serving customers at the end of a long shift, but Tanya went above and beyond. Thank you, Tanya, for your amazing customer service — it truly made my day! Atmosphere: 5

Had our usual tuna melt subs today and the staff were great as usual . They know us now and our 'usual' and they are always friendly and happy. So nice to have human interaction and friendly chat. The subway at Edinburgh Way, Harlow has gone 'screen based' and it is nowhere as good (btw not the staff's fault over there) Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
